CAA members and their friends are invited to the organization’s Member Appreciation Day on Wednesday, June 24. Staff and suppliers will demonstrate the products and services that CAA has to offer – from travel tours to insurance products to environmental programs. Seminars will take place throughout the day, including a professional clothes packer demonstrating at 3 and 6 p.m. the best way to pack a suitcase. “The day will highlight to our members that CAA offers so much more than just emergency roadside assistance,” says Jamie Aitken, manager of the Hamilton West CAA store. The event takes place at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at 1224 Upper James Street in Hamilton, and runs from noon until 7 p.m. Free battery tests will be offered to the first 40 people in attendance and door prizes will be provided by preferred suppliers. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. To register, call 905-385-8500 ext. 2163 or e-mail mountain@caasco.ca and reference your membership number.
