Ruth Liebersbach has been appointed director of Finance and Administration at the McMaster Innovation Park. She is the current president of the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, a member of the advisory board for Hamilton International Airport and chair of the Mid Peninsula Corridor Task Force. Ruth previously worked at Andlauer Management Group where she served as chief financial officer for three separate divisions: the group’s head office, the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club and the National Logistics Group.

Stephen Wiseman has been appointed chair of the Board of Trustees of CML HealthCare Income Fund and of Board of Directors of CML HealthCare Inc. The fund owns CML HealthCare Inc., a leading provider of laboratory testing services in Ontario, and the largest provider of medical imaging services in Canada. CML also owns American Radiology Services Inc., a provider of fully-integrated diagnostic medical imaging services based in Baltimore, Maryland. Stephen has been acting chair since 2008, and a member of CML’s board of directors and trustees since 2005. The fund is an unincorporated, open-ended trust that is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (symbol CLC.UN). Stephen is a senior partner with Taylor Leibow LLP Accountants and Advisors in Hamilton.
