The Burlington Chamber of Commerce last week elected a new Board of Directors and Executive Council. The new members are chair Jamie Cunningham of ActionCOACH business coaching; vice-chair Tamer Fahmi of Hearth & Home Realty Inc.; second vice-chair Phil Evenden of Integrity Wealth Management; finance director Jason Safar of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP; past chair Francis Mackan; and directors Sharon Jackman, Jean MacKinnon, Shelley McQuade, Bruce Nicholson, Jeremy Okolisan and Nigel Jacobs.

“The chamber has an important role to play in our community in terms of educating our members and other companies in Burlington on how they can make their businesses more effective and more successful,” Cunningham said.  “Our HST workshops earlier this year are a great example of this.  I hope to build on the success of these workshops through my term as chair.”
