• Broad public relations experience in promotional campaigns, media relations, crisis management, image enhancement and government relations

• Former print and broadcast journalist

Cynthia Janzen, APR - Vice President

• Joined Hellingman Communications in 1999
• Experienced in helping teams develop communication goals and priorities
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively in response to communications and marketing challenge, then complete effective plans through systematic attention to detail
• Worked as Director of Public Affairs at major teaching hospital
• Queen's Park experience as press secretary to Minister of Health
• Former Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Mohawk College
• Former newspaper/magazine journalist
• Recipient of Canadian Public Relations Society (Hamilton Chapter) Award of Excellence in 1996 for overall achievement in the field

Erin Saunoris - Production Director

• Joined Hellingman Communications in 1996
• Specializes in research, planning and production of projects and special events
• Works closely with artists, photographers, web masters and printers
• Experienced logistics manager who ensures all phases of projects are completed on time and on budget
• Establishes and manages complex distribution systems for communications materials
• Former board member, Canadian Public Relations Association (Hamilton chapter)

Margot Peters - Art Director

• Joined Hellingman Communications in 2005
• Trained as a graphic artist in Germany
• Graphic and production expert with experience in advertising agencies, publishing companies and her own Hamilton-based company prior to joining Hellingman

Megan Bidwell - Public Relations Consultant

• Joined Hellingman Communications in 2006
• Graduate of Communication Studies Program at Wilfrid Laurier University
• Specializes in project support, event and campaign management

Doug Patton - Director of Finance
